Duncombe & Co Wins RateMyAgent’s 2025

Agency of the Year & Agent of the year!!          

RateMyAgent – Australia’s leading review marketing platform, announced Duncombe and Co as the winner of the 2025 Agency of the Year Award for Crookwell. Additionally, Robyn, the lead real estate agent at Duncombe and Co, was awarded Agent of the Year for property sales in Crookwell. Robyn has been the top agent in the area since 2020. She was over the moon about receiving the award, expressing deep gratitude to the all the vendors and buyers she had dealt with, acknowledging that their trust and support is what made this all possible.

The Duncombe & Co real estate team, Robyn and Abbey, managed to achieve 53 sales in 2024 and have started 2025 with the same momentum.

The tenth annual awards ceremony took place on February 13, 2025, at Crown Palladium, Melbourne, hosted by comedian Merrick Watts. RateMyAgent’s CEO, Jim Crisera, highlighted the importance of customer satisfaction in selecting winners, rather than just sales volume.

“These awards recognize real estate professionals dedicated to client service, helping consumers move forward with confidence,” said Crisera.

Winners and nominees are chosen based on customer satisfaction ratings and overall sales performance. This year, RSM, a top global accounting firm, reviewed the award process to ensure accuracy.
