Alan Duncombe, along with his wife Kaye, founded Duncombe & Co in 1975, establishing a cornerstone of the Crookwell community. With over 60 years of experience holding his stock and station license, Alan has witnessed and adapted to the tremendous changes in the livestock and real estate industry.

Celebrating his 80th birthday in 2024, Alan continues to work as an agent, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to his profession & his clients. Throughout his tenure as director, he has managed to balance his professional responsibilities with his dedication to his wonderful family, including three children and seven grandchildren.
